Jerry Berendt

Jerry has spent 30 years in the banking industry, the past ten(10) of which has been in organizational development working primarily with banks and credit unions. I have had my own practice for the past 7 years. Most recently I served in a consulting role with Financial Selling Systems in Brentwood TN as a Senior Consultant and Chief Performance Officer. My expertise specifically lies in improving the performance levels of today's knowledge workers and service organizations. Services offered by my company include instructional design, workshop facilitation, strategic plan implementation, and human asset appreciation. It has become very apparent over the years the coaching is one of the most critical functions in any high performing organization.

Sophie Cousins-Mathewson, PCC, CCUCG

Sophie is the founder, President and Coaching Practice Leader of Prism Group Int’l. As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, Sophie works with dynamic executives to help them clarify their visions and create attainable yet ambitious strategies and tactics towards the attainment of their visions. Sustainablity of results is one Sophie’s key objectives for her clients. Sophie holds certifications in Behavior, Values, and Personal Talents & Skill analysis which provides her with a wealth of tools to use in her coaching as well as organizational development work. Sophie has a BAA and has completed coach training with two highly regarded coach training instutitions, The Coaches Training Institute and Corporate Coach U – from which she holds the designation of Corporate Coach U Certified Graduate.

Jude Fairweather

Jude Fairweather is Principal and Founder of Fairweather & Associates based in Ontario, Canada. A skilled facilitator, strategist, leadership coach and consultant, Jude is focused on cultivating organizational effectiveness and leadership integrity. She facilitates strategic thinking and the growth and development of high functioning, emotionally intelligent leaders and teams. Herself a visionary leader, Jude has more than 25 years of business experience spent creating, implementing and leading highly successful teams and strategic projects. Her work has taken her across Canada and into the United States, with small to large organizations in many industries. Jude holds a B.A. in Law from Lanchester University in England, a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and is a graduate of the Corporate Coaching program from Corporate Coach U.

Thomi Glover

Thomi has a Masters in Arts and a Masters in Divinity as well as certifications as a Professional Coach and a Spiritual Mentor. Since 2001 she has been an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University teaching and coaching in the Masters in Leadership and Training and in the MBA in Leadership. She is cofounder of MayneStay Consulting Group offering facilitation, consulting and coaching services to a wide variety of clients. She holds consultant licenses in “Legacy Leadership”, Tom Crane’s “The Heart of Coaching”, the Ackerman-Anderson Change Leadership Process, and “Spiral Dynamics.”

Jonathan Golding

Jonathan is the founding director of the O I C Group a Massachusetts-based consulting firm that facilitates organizational and team success. For over 15 years, in the ground breaking fields of experiential learning and process consulting, Jonathan has been assisting organizations and individuals improve effectiveness, foster growth, and develop strategies that sustain positive changes in shifting business environments. Prior to founding the O I C Group, Jonathan served as a senior consultant with the Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group. Jonathan was a Hopkins Fellow in Change Management at Johns Hopkins University and lives by the sea in historic Gloucester, Massachusetts.

James H. Kimberly

Jim has more than twenty years experience in the health care field, helping individuals and organizations reach their goals by removing obstacles to personal and group success. Jim has helped executives and managers discover their inherent skills and abilities in an energetic, fun and focused way while learning new approaches. Using a systems perspective, Jim and Sapphire’s consultants engage in an initial assessment, formulate recommendations and implement strategies that produce results. Jim is a certified emotional intelligence examiner. Jim lives in southern NH with his wife and two teenagers.

Jill Malleck

Jill Malleck is an experienced facilitator, organizational development consultant, trainer and coach. She has 20 years experience in the corporate world, as a line area leader in Marketing & Employee Communications, and as a senior Human Resources consultant aligned to business leaders. She specializes in research-based facilitation of interventions that deliver the desired outcome – including resolving conflicts to bring about positive change. Jill is a member of the Toronto chapter of the OD Network, ACCORD and CSTD, OAAPT.

Tom Mawhinney

Dr. Mawhinney is president of Leading for Learning, Inc., an educational consulting firm. He was a public school educator for 32 years and is passionate about training teachers and school leaders. He has been coached by Ken Blanchard, Jon Saphier, and Steven Covey. He has worked with teachers at the international level and has recently trained a cadre of aspiring principals in the NYC area. He is focsued on creating coaching cultures in schools and school districts.

Brad Maybury

Brad has over twenty years in the investment industry working, leading and mentoring in the areas of sales, management, training and presenting. His employers included multi-billion dollar corporations Dreyfus and Aegon Group. He authored many articles on coaching and personal development and currently operates as an Executive Coach where he works with Individuals and groups to realize their vision and experience more success and fulfillment. He is affiliated with: San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, SDPCA Experienced Coaches Group, Coachville, and Toastmasters International.

Barbara McMahan

For the last sixteen years, Barbara has been working as an organizational consultant, executive coach and trainer. She specializes in leadership development, team building, change management and building strategic partnerships. Barbara has a MSW degree from San Francisco State University and a BS in Sociology from University of California at Berkeley.

Peter Myronyk

Peter is President of Heartfelt Coaching Inc., works with business leaders, sales and sport professionals assisting them in transforming their professional and personal lives. Using a belief and behavioral changing technique developed by him, Peter empowers people to maximize their individual and team performance by helping them clear their self-defeating beliefs. He has an MBA from McMaster University, BSA from the Univ. of Guelph and is an Adler Trained Coach.

Robin Reid

Robin Reid is the Principal Consultant of Robin Reid and Associates. His work focuses on facilitating large organization change efforts using data-based metrics. He conducts team building and conflict resolution events for top level managers and teams. He supports organizational development by training internal managers and human resource development staff as internal change agents. Robin's Masters and Bachelor degrees are in History, and he is a former Associate Dean of Student Affairs for Cornell College.

Tim Smith

Tim Smith, President of Wheelwright Associates, is a veteran consultant with more than 20 years experience in the field of organizational and human development. His personal training includes workshops and practice settings in group process dynamics, Enneagram typology, personal mastery, performance coaching, and yoga/meditation. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from CSULB and a Masters of Science in Organization Development and Human Resources Management from Chapman University.
