We have just completed the creation of a strategic alliance with 2 organizations to share The Heart of Coaching process with clients.

In Victoria, BC, Canada, Lori-anne Demers & Associates supports a team of 6 facilitators who will be offering workshops and internal train-the-facilitator process to internal resources interested in doing workshops and/or developing Coaching Cultures.

In Denmark, Strandgaard Consulting of Copenhagen has translated "The Heart of Coaching" and all supporting materials, including the 360 degree feedback instrument, into Danish and will be both conducing workshops and working with their clients to develop Coaching Cultures as well.

We are excited to also announce that we are in negotiation with a Spanish publisher to translate and publish "The Heart of Coaching" in Spanish. We work there through our stategic alliance, The Washington Quality Group and The Institute of Coaching.
