I am so happy to report an update from my recent trip to Taiwan and China. Our inaugural workshops were conducted for two weeks ago with high enrollment and great enthusiasm for what "The Heart of Coaching" can do for leaders and their teams to Asia. My partners Effie Pan and Christine Kuo were amazing. They have done an incredible job of translation into traditional Chinese. The leaders they pulled together clearly see how collegial coaching skills for leaders and their teams will make a difference in performance. We look forward to many separate culture change initiatives coming from these initial leaders who attended.
The second thing I'd like to share with you is that the Facilitator Certification which is being offered the week of September 8 – 12 still has open seats. We conduct the full two-day workshop on Monday and Tuesday which is open for any individual to attend for the purpose of enhancing their personal capacity to coach. For those who wish to become certified, we continue the week – Wednesday through Friday – and conduct the certification portion. These sessions are held, as always, at beautiful Marina Village in San Diego.
AND the following week on September 15 and 16, for experienced THOC facilitators, we are certifying in the Advanced Coaching Workshop.

At this workshop we will be offering the upgraded, 2014 version of all workshop materials. Approximately every two years we update and enhance our work product so that the coaching processes and toolkit that we provide continues to be one of the most effective methods for collegial coaching that is available today.
